That is where this role comes in. We are creating a position dedicated to one thing: making sure every lead gets the attention it deserves before it lands on the desk of one of our Sales Consultants. Someone who picks up the phone, sends the WhatsApp, follows up on the email, and turns a quick online click into a real conversation.

What the role involves
You will be the first voice many of our customers hear when they show interest in a vehicle. Your day combines two sides of the same job. On the outbound side, you reach out to leads from our website, social media, Calendly bookings, and past campaigns. On the inbound side, you answer calls and messages from people who want to know more about a new or pre-owned vehicle.
You qualify each lead using our established method, decide who is ready to talk to a Sales Consultant now and who needs more nurturing, and you schedule the appointments that move people from interest to a real showroom visit. In short: you do the work that turns a name in our CRM into a customer in our showroom.
What that looks like day-to-day:
- Call, message, and email new online leads quickly and professionally
- Re-engage past inquiries, no-shows, and customers due for a CRM follow-up
- Qualify leads using the Yrausquin method and hand the right ones to Sales Consultants
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments in our CRM
- Keep customer records, notes, and follow-up timelines clean and up to date
- Coordinate with the Sales team so every customer experiences a seamless handover
What we’re looking for
This role is for someone who is genuinely comfortable on the phone, well organized, and equally at home writing a WhatsApp follow-up or a professional email. You must be trilingual: Dutch, English, and Papiamento, speaking and writing. Our customers switch between all three, often in the same conversation.
- MAVO diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (automotive is a plus)
- Real phone experience: you are confident calling, qualifying, and following up
- Trilingual: Dutch, English, and Papiamento, speaking and writing. Spanish is a welcome plus
- Comfortable with CRM systems and basic computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-motivated and organized, able to manage your own follow-up schedule without being chased
- Professional, friendly, and discreet. You represent Yrausquin to every prospect you contact
