Can I place an order over the phone?
Off-course you can place any order over the phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. However, if the order consists of a special-order part, this will need to be prepaid upfront. In such a case you can also make a payment transferred and once confirmed you will be notified.
How do I return an item?
Returning an item depends on the type of item. The purchased invoice must go with all claims and returned goods. Please note that there are no returns on electric or special-order parts. No return after 3 days.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
In the case of a refund, depending on the amount of the refund this can be done right away. Otherwise, a bank transfer will be made, or store credit can be granted to your account if you like.
Why do I need to have my vehicles VIN # handy when ordering parts?
When it comes to ordering the correct part for your vehicle, it is always one of our requirements to search this by using the correct VIN #. This will ensure that the parts is the correct ones for your vehicle specs in case of multiple models with different specs in the market.
If my needed part is out of stock? How long will it take to get in?
For parts that are not in stock, we have several methods for ordering this. One method takes longer than the other. We order our stock orders every week, by weekly or monthly, depending on the manufacturer. These are shipments that arrive by boat and have the longest lead time. Every manufacturer also has an emergency ordering system and a VOR (Vehicle Of Road) ordering method. Depending on the size and amounts of parts needed we could use one of these methods. We also have contact with dealers in the US and could have these items shipped quicker if required. Lead times differ from source but here are some of our latest updated average lead times if there are no delays with parts, shipping or customs.

What do I do if my purchased part is faulty / damaged?
In the case of such an event, all claims and returns must be accompanied by an invoice and within 3 days of the physical parts hand over date. After inspection, a replacement part will be supplied for you at no extra charge.
Does Yrausquin have its own Body Shop Repair center on premisses?
Yes, Yrausquin has its full ultramodern body shop equipment right here on our premises.
Do I need to make an appointment for a Body Shop quotation?
For any collision related damage or just a simple Paint job quotation, there is no need to make an appointment. You can pass freely from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 4pm.
I noticed that your quotation are showing with the $ sign. Is the invoice in US$?
No, our quotation pricing is set to our local currency (Aruban Florins), but because of the estimating software provider being from the states, this is showing up as US$.
Will I be entitled to receive a Rental vehicle, when i bring my vehicle for an Insurance covered Repair?
Your Insurance Company will grant you and arrange for you a Rental vehicle if needed. This is not done or advise by Yrausquin.
How long will it take to get a final approval from the Insurance Company regarding a collission Repair?
Here at Yrausquin, we will provide your Insurance Company with a damage assessment quotation withing 48 hours (about 2 days). Once the quotation has been received, your Insurance Company will assign a vehicle damage inspector to review and approve the quotation.
How long will it take to receive ordered replacement parts after approval?
The expected time of arrival for receiving parts varies per Brand and per Model based on their source. Yrausquin will do its best to get these as soon as possible, to put your vehicle back on the road.
Does your Body Shop execute Repair on all vehicle brands?
Yes. Our Body Shop can restore any Brand to its original pre-collision status.
Is Yrausquin affiliated with all Insurance Company on the island?
Yes, Yrausquin is affiliated with all Insurance Companies, to make your unpleasant experience into a smooth and fast recovery.
When will my vehicle be ready after a Body Shop Repair Appointment?
We normally try to have all vehicles ready by the end of the pre agreed workday. If for some reason the stipulated time cannot be met, your Collision Specialist will contact you.
How long is the duration of a vehicles Bumper-to-Bumper factory Warranty?
Our vehicles Factory Warranty varies per Brand.
What does Fuel Economy mean?
Fuel economy refers to the number of KM a car can travel using a specific amount of fuel.
Do you Lease vehicles?
Yes, we do. Yrausquin Motors leases to companies registered in the Aruba Chamber of Commerce.
How many years do you lease vehicles for and how does it work? What is the process?
We do lease agreements between 3 to 5 years depending on the brand. The process starts by requesting a quotation. Once you agree with the price, the Lease Department will request from you a copy of the Aruba Chamber of Commerce, a copy of the ID of the person authorized to sign and who is registered on the Aruba Chamber of Commerce, Audited Financials, and a Reference letter from the Bank. These are our eligibility requirements.
What is all included in my lease?
What is included in your lease depends on the type of lease, Full Operational or Financial Lease.
Full Operational lease includes the maintenance of the vehicle, license plate and Insurance coverage. Not included in any lease option are fuel usage / expenses, and damages if not covered by the insurance company.
Do you finance?
We do not do in-house financing, but we work with all banks in Aruba, and we will be happy to help you with your request.
How much is the monthly payment?
The monthly payments depend on many factors, such as down payment, trade-in, campaigns, bank interest rates, value price of the chosen vehicle and how many years you want to have this financed by your bank.
How much is the vehicle insurance?
The vehicle insurance, same as the previous question regarding the monthly payment depends on the vehicle, type of coverage and how many deductibles you have. In such events, we can contact or refer you to your Insurance Company to get a quote.
Do you trade-in? Do you trade-in all car brands?
Yes, we trade in all brands of vehicle, but not older than 7 years of current year. Vehicle will be subjected to an inspection.
How long does it take for a special order to arrive?
Special ordered vehicles can take between 3 to 6+ months to arrive. This all depends on the following factors: 1) Where it is produced, 2) Availability, 3) If any Production and Shipping delays.
When a new model launches, when can we get it / what will the price be?
It all depends primarily on if it is going to be released to our market. Once confirmed a price can be calculated to be known. For all our new model launches, check our FB regularly for any updates.
At what time does Yrausquin start receiving vehicles in the morning for their appointment?
Our Service Department gate opens at 7.30 am. In case that this is still a little late for your, please note that we have an Early Bird / Late Owl drop box that you can use.
How much will a vehicle service job cost?
A regular service including a multipoint inspection for Ford starts at AWG. 180.40, for Lincoln it starts at AWG. 216.70 and Mitsubishi at AWG. 190.40. For Mercedes-Benz, it all depends on what service is requested à Service A or Service B and the mileage these would be required. What are Yrausquin’s operating hours?
Our operation hours are from Monday to Friday – 8am to 6pm Nonstop, and Saturday’s from 9am to 1pm.
When is my next Service Appointment?
All your next vehicle service appointments are scheduled pro-actively according to your vehicle’s manufacturer recommendation, however, should you need to know or forget about this, you can simply give us a call at 524-4480 and one of our Operators will be happy to verify this for you.
Can I sit and wait for my vehicle while this is being serviced?
You can sit and wait for your vehicle if you want to. During this time, you can sit and enjoy a nice cold or hot beverage in our launch area.
How long does a regular service take, if I decide to wait on my vehicle?
The duration of a regular service is approximately between 1 and 1.5 hours. This can always be verified and confirmed with your assigned service advisor during the vehicle drop off in the morning.
Can my vehicle be ready before noon?
We will do our best to have this done by the requested time and if the schedule allows it, but you can always request this from your Service Advisor during the morning vehicle inspection.
How will I get updates during the day of my vehicle while in service?
Our Service Advisors are trained to give at least one update between 2 pm and 3 pm in the afternoon. In case you missed their call, you can always return the call and ask for a status update.
Will I get a Loaner vehicle while my vehicle is in for a service or repair?
Loaner vehicles are only applicable for Lease Customers who have this in their signed Lease contract, but if you need a Loaner vehicle, we can always help you arrange a Rental vehicle for the day.
Can I bring / leave my vehicle before or after opening hours?
Yes, you can. In this case, you would need to make use of our Early Bird / Late Owl drop box services.
Where is the Early Bird / Late Owl drop box located?
Our Early Bird / Late Owl drop box is located on the right side on our buildings main entrance, just below our street number (#112) markings. Just grab an envelope, fill in the requested information plus the desired services.
What is the earliest and latest time I can bring me vehicle in?
The earliest time would be 7.30 am, prior than that would be to use the Early Bird / Late Owl drop box, and the latest you can bring your vehicle to get the scheduled work done on the same day (depending on the kind of work) would be 14 PM.
Can I bring my vehicle without appointment?
You can bring your vehicle without an appointment, for any of our Quick Lane services. For any other services, we encourage every customer to make an appointment, to be sure that you have no worries about your vehicle not being finished on time, and no hassle of standing in line.
What will be done during a service appointment?
During a service appointment, our Service Technician’s will replace the oil and oil filter and perform a Multipoint Inspection (MPI) on your vehicle. This MPI starts with a test drive then we perform all inspections necessary to know if there will be any other items needed and complete our MPI report. Then we continue with the replacement of the Oil and Oil Filter, clear the AC drain, Rotate the tires, if possible, suspension and steering is lubricated where possible, top off all fluids if needed and possible. All done by our factory trained technicians.
What are the recommended Service Intervals for your brands?
Do you own a Mitsubishi? The factory recommended service intervals for gasoline or diesel engine is: Every 3 months or 5.000 km (whichever comes first)
Do you own a Ford or Lincoln? The factory recommended service intervals for gasoline or diesel engine is: Every 6 months or 8.000 km (whichever comes first, model years 2010 and newer), For model years older than 2010, this is every 3 months or 5.000 km (whichever comes first).
Do you own an Electric / Hybrid Ford or Lincoln? The factory recommended service intervals is: Every 12 months or 10.000 km (whichever comes first)
Do you own a Mercedes-Benz? The factory recommended service intervals is: Every 12 months or 10.000 km (whichever comes first)
What is the difference between a regular Service and Quick Lane Service?
The difference between the regular service and quick lane special is what we do in the Multipoint inspection (MPI) that influences the price.

How much do you charge to do an electrical diagnostic?
The cost of diagnostic is determined by the type of diagnostic needed. The most common is the electrical diagnostic that includes a malfunction light on or check engine light. To check the check engine light, we need to hook up a diagnostic tool on your vehicle and perform a quick test. The quick test starts at Awg. 79,50. The quick test provides us with information that we will need to perform a pinpoint test. A pinpoint test cost starts at Awg. 36,60 depending on how many codes there are and how extensive the diagnostics are. So, the starting price of a diagnosis is Awg. 116.10. Once these tests are done, we will be able to provide an estimate of the parts needed and/or repairs needed to repair your vehicle.

If I want to get my vehicle washed, do you have a carwash to do this?
We can wash your vehicle upon request on our premises by Clean Wheels. They offer Outside only, inside only, or Complete in and out wash.
Do you send technicians at location to check / diagnose a vehicle?
Yes, but towing the vehicle to the dealership is less expensive than if we go. If you require us to go, there needs to be a wireless internet connection where the vehicle is at, and we will be limited to what we can perform as we have all the equipment and necessary tools at our workshop.
Do you jumpstart or arrange towing for a vehicle?
If you want, we can arrange roadside service assistance for your vehicle. A trusted third part company will perform this service.
Does Yrausquin service RHD vehicle as well?
At our Quick Lane department, we do. We take care of any make or model. From brake repairs to batteries, tires to belts & hoses replacements. No appointment necessary.
When will my vehicle be ready after a Service Appointment?
If you need your vehicle to be ready at a specific time, please inform your Service Advisor on the day of your appointment. If this is not the case, your vehicle will be ready to collect after 4 pm.
