Yrausquin’s brand has never been more visible. From the showroom floor to the workshop bay, from new vehicle launches to customer stories, there is always something happening here that deserves to be told well. Demand for fresh, on-brand content keeps growing across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our website, and we need someone to own it.
We are looking for a social media & marketing coordinator to take the lead on our digital presence. Someone who can plan a monthly calendar, brief our graphic designer, walk into the workshop with a phone and capture a great moment, and use AI tools to draft sharp social media posts without losing the Yrausquin voice. The role reports to our marketing manager and works closely with every department in the company.

What the role involves
You will own Yrausquin’s digital content from beginning to end. A typical week is a mix of planning, creating, and analyzing. One day you map out next month’s calendar with the marketing manager. The next, you film a quick clip with a technician in the Quick Lane. The day after, you review performance data and adjust the plan.
Your main responsibilities:
- Build and execute the monthly content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the Yrausquin website.
- Coordinate the graphic designer with clear, on-brand briefs and realistic deadlines.
- Capture original photo and video content across the dealership, including the showroom, workshop, and behind the scenes moments with the team.
- Use AI tools to draft, optimize, and refine social media posts while keeping the Yrausquin tone of voice intact.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments and direct messages quickly and professionally.
- Track performance in Google Analytics, turn the numbers into clear reports, and feed insights back into the next plan.
What we’re looking for
We want someone organized, curious, and creative, with the technical skills to back it up.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, social media, or an equivalent combination of education and working experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience across multiple social media platforms and online creative tools.
- Experience building and executing an annual marketing plan.
- Confident creating and editing photos, videos, blogs, and articles for both social media and the website.
- Working knowledge of WordPress CMS and Google Analytics.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools for content creation and optimization.
- Strong communication skills in English, Papiamento (Dutch and Spanish are a real plus).
- Solid planning and time management, with the ability to work both independently and inside a team.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and an openness to learn new things every week.
