Job summary
Specific Duties:
Content planning & management
- Develop and execute the social-media & marketing monthly content calendar, ensuring a balanced mix of engaging, informative, and promotional content.
- Manage deadlines and oversee content flow across all relevant social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and style across digital channels.
Content creation & Team collaboration
- Coordinate and manage a graphic designer to ensure timely content production and delivery.
- Engage Yrausquin employees in content creation, capturing behind-the-scenes moments and company culture.
- Create original multimedia content as needed to enhance social media engagement and storytelling.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to generate text content, optimize post-performance, and create data-driven recommendations.
Community engagement & Platform management
- Monitor and manage interactions, responding to comments and messages professionally and efficiently.
- Analyze engagement trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to continuously optimize content performance.
Analytics & Performance tracking
- Track social media performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
Identify successful content types and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
Position requirements & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing / Social Media, Communication & Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with different social media platforms and online design and creative tools
- Experience with creating and managing multimedia social media and online contents
- Experience with developing omnichannel driven campaigns & customer journeys
- Experience working with Microsoft software, multimedia, and AI powered applications..
- Experience working with wordpress CMS
- Experience working with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Able to work in a stressful environment and handle stress
