Business at Yrausquin keeps growing. Every day, more customers call, message, and walk in to book a service, ask about parts, check on a body shop repair, or coordinate transportation pick-up. Each one of those interactions deserves a fast, friendly, and accurate answer. That is why we are expanding our BDC team.
We are looking for an BDC Coordinator who can be the calm, reliable voice between our customers and the rest of the team. Someone who connects the dots across service, parts, body shop, and lease, so nothing falls through the cracks and every customer leaves us happy.
BDC is everything that happens once a customer drives off the lot: maintenance, repairs, parts, body work, recalls, lease swaps. It is where loyalty is built, and it needs someone who keeps it all flowing. If you love organizing, communicating, and helping people get exactly what they need, you will fit right in.

What the role involves
You will be the central point of contact between our customers and our BDC team. On any given day, you might handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, schedule service and sales appointments, follow up on parts orders, coordinate a transportation pick-up, or chase an insurance approval for a body shop repair. The thread running through it all is simple: keep customers informed and keep the workshop running smoothly.
A typical week includes:
- Answering customer inquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person, and logging every interaction
- Scheduling and confirming service and/or sales appointments, then following up with no-shows to reschedule them
- Coordinating customer pick-ups, drop-offs, and replacement vehicles for lease and fleet customers
- Notifying customers when their parts arrive and arranging the right appointment
- Following up with body shop customers and insurance companies on quotation approvals
- Contacting customers about recalls and DTI inspections, and forwarding any concerns to the right department manager
What we’re looking for
Someone who is calm, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. To do the job well, you will need:
- A minimum MAVO diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, help desk, or customer service position (administration experience is a plus)
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage your own time without close supervision
- Composure under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
- Reading and verbal communication in English, Papiamento, and Dutch (Spanish is a plus)
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus willingness to learn our certified dealer software
- A discreet, reliable, and customer-friendly attitude
