Job summary
Specific Duties:
- Perform daily task list, including accurate execution of daily inventory/audit count.
- Attend to pick tickets in a timely manner.
- Provide the internal departments with the necessary service with minimal waiting time.
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with parts receiving, parts control, parts allocation, parts on
hold and perpetual parts inventories. - Store the parts in the correct bin location.
- Allocate inventory parts using the First in First Out (FIFO) procedure.
- Verify and confirm new parts received with invoice.
- Report damage and or missing parts to Warehouse Supervisor.
- Ensure that pre-requested orders (SOR) for parts for Body shop and Mechanics are
completed and ensure that they are correct when picked and delivered. - Ensure to obtain the necessary signatures, where necessary, for parts delivered to internal
customers. - Refill fast moving Parts Bin at Front and Back Counter weekly.
- Prepare daily the parts ordered for scheduled car services for the next day including ordered
parts. - Prepare Batteries and Oils for Wholesale delivery weekly.
- Rotate Battery Pulse Charger weekly.
- Store warranty parts daily.
- Follow the On Hold Parts Procedure.
- Place received outsourced parts in designated bin location from external customers for a
next service appointment. Ensuring these are placed with the correct information and in the
correct location. - Control purchased Bodyshop Department stock inventory and allocate these in their correct
bin. - Maintain a clean, healthy, and professional working environment by keeping all organized
and disposing of all disposable material accordingly. - Build productive working relationships, consult with others, as necessary.
- Take initiative to help others as needed.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned and/or required by the Parts Department.
Position requirements
- Minimum Vocational school for example E.P.B. or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-year warehouse experience is a plus.
- Basic administrative skills.

- Able to work in a stressful environment and handle stress.
- Proficient reading and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, Papiamento, and
Dutch. - Should have basic computer skills and be capable of utilizing the computer as an appropriate
daily tool. Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, all Certified Dealer Software. - Driver’s license
